Shipping and Refunds Policy
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders. We try to dispatch your order the morning after you ordered it, with delivery taking 2-6 business days after posting. International orders will have a low shipping fee of $6.95 to partially cover the shipping costs. Orders are generally dispatched on the following business day to the order being made.
International shipping disclaimer: Some international orders may be subject to customs charges, duties & VAT taxes. We have no knowledge or responsibility for any countries tax rates on clothing imports, this is your responsibility to check prior to ordering on our site. We accept no responsibility for any charges in your country. If any orders are returned to sender due to unpaid taxes we will refund only your order cost, less the costs of shipping. If any orders are held by customs in another country or disposed of due to unpaid taxes, duty or VAT your order will not be refunded under any circumstances.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to replace any items that may be the wrong size or style, with no restrictions on time of purchase. Our customers are most important to us and we will do our best to make sure every return is taken care of. All we ask is that items are returned in the same condition they were received, unworn, with tags attached & in the plastic poly bag they were sent in. Return conditions are that the customer arranges return delivery and the product must arrive back in original condition, unworn, tags attached and in plastic poly bag they were sent in. Refunds are processed less postage. To organise a refund please contact email@example.com.
To return an item, please purchase and pay for the items/sizes you are wanting to swap for direct from our site. This way we can send express as soon as payment is made. As soon as the original order arrives back and is checked to be in original condition we can process the refund (less original post cost).
